Enough sunshine to dry clothes on the line...

Brambly Hedge Spring Story
Spring is here! It rained (and even snowed) for most of my Spring Break but the sunshine arrived on Friday and is set to stay for the rest of the weekend. Vancouver looks so different in the sunlight and I feel instantly healthier after a bike ride and some vitamin D! Spring is;
clean sheets on the line,
rooftop sunshine,

crocus colour in suprising places; in a neglected pot of mint,
an unkept backyard.

  3. Thanks Pete, you're always an encouragement.

    Yes Alice, that's me standing on our rooftop, looking over to our neighbours deck. They are a Chinese family and use their tidy deck for drying all kinds of weird and wonderful foods. The pear tree is in our yard too! It's pretty old and wild and I am wondering if it's too late to prune it or if it might still help it to fruit...
